RNUS Union push on fitting  is designed to connect hoses on two ends with two same diameters, Union push on fittings are made of 316L stainless steel,  with tube sealing and locking by tightening the nut. Tube outer diamteters metric sizes are available in 4mm to 16mm, and inch size are available in 1/8'' to 1/2''. Thread sizes are available in BSPP, BSPT, NPT 1/8'' to BSPP, BSPT, NPT 1/2''.  Ruisen stainless steel fittings are Food Grade,Comply to FDA Standard.

　　精密塑性成形得到的制件，要有较高的尺寸精度和表面光洁度，无需再经加工或只有很少部位需要磨削、电解或化学加工等精加工，就能装配到机器上。它不仅能获得表面质量好、机械加工余量少尼龙管批发和尺寸精度高的制件，而且更能提高材料利用率，并使零件轮廓的金属流线合理分布，提高零件的载荷能力。目前一般模锻件能达到的尺寸精度为±0.1～±0.25mm，而精锻成形一般为±0.05mm。
