RNTU Union Tee

Stainless Steel RNTU Union Tee push on fitting is made of 316L stainless steel material for corrosion resistance. Union Tee push on fitting is designed to  connect two tube connections in straight line and one branch at a 90-degree angle from the middle of the tee with same diameter. Sealing and locking the tube by tightening the nut. Tube O.D is available in metric size 4mm to 16mm, inch size 1/8" to 1/2". Ruisen stainless steel fittings are Food Grade,Comply to FDA Standard.

目前，采用型材切削加工、铸造后机械加工、切削加工后焊三种制造方法生产。铸造零件缺陷较多，废品率高，力学性能差，不能满足零件的工作要求，已经逐渐淘汰；目前主要采用型材切削加工慈溪非标不锈钢快拧接头和分割切削加工后的焊接方法进行生产，生产效率低，材料的浪费率高。因此，寻求一种适应接头体零件生产的新方法，采用具有材料消耗低、产品质量好、生产周期短、成本低等优点的新技术，可以取得非常显著的经济效益。为了对这种管接头零件进行成形，本文采用了间隔耦合的复合成形技术。能否形成挤兑主要取决于适当的宁波非标不锈钢接头技术设计。对于任何零件，其变形工序主要取决于零件的复杂程度、材料的成形性能和变形程度。由于接头体零件的外部是复杂形状的组合，变形程度较大，该零件的外形为中间通孔，因此坯体外形可以分为棒材和管材两种类型进行讨论。
