RNUC Reducer Union push on fitting  is designed to connect hoses on two ends with two different diameters, Reducer Union push on fittings are made of 316L stainless steel,  with tube sealing and locking by tightening the nut. Tube outer diamteters metric sizes are available in 4mm to 16mm, and inch size are available in 1/8'' to 1/2''. Thread sizes are available in BSPP, BSPT, NPT 1/8'' to BSPP, BSPT, NPT 1/2''.  Ruisen stainless steel fittings are Food Grade,Comply to FDA Standard.

4.1 引言 

焊件的力学性能是评价焊缝接头质量和评定焊接工艺的重要指标,它们直接关系到核电管道安全和寿命。本章对焊件进行了硬度、拉伸、冲击和弯曲试验,研究了不同焊缝组织的力学性能。 

4.2 硬度性能 

4.2.1 316L 的硬度分布  

图 4-1 是 316L 焊缝顶不锈钢T型三通批发部、中部和根部从母材到焊缝中心处的硬度分布。由图可见,从焊缝顶部到根部整个材料中,焊缝的硬度是高,其大值可达 229HV;母材是低,其最小值可低到 175HV,而且熔合线附近母材硬度和基体母材硬度相差无几,很难分别其高低。相同的焊接接头硬度变化规律是因为相应部分的材料相同且组织分布一样均匀。

通常,材料的硬度是受材料组织形貌、物相和晶粒尺寸等因素影响。焊缝中含有 10%的铁素体,其强度高于奥氏体;同时 316L 焊缝组织是细小的柱状奥氏体,要比还有粗大等轴晶粒的母材强度全铜接头批发高,因此,焊缝硬度高于母材。而从熔合线到母材的硬度没有多大变化是因为不存在明显的晶粒粗大的热影响区。 

4.2.2 316LN 的硬度分布
