针阀是节流阀的一种，调节精度比较高。活门呈针状，沿水流方向动作，改变过流断面积，用以截断或调节流量的阀门。

针阀是一非标不锈钢快速接头种微调阀，其阀塞为针形，主要用作调节气流量。微调阀要求阀口开启逐渐变大，从关闭到开启最 大能连续细微地调节。

针形阀塞一般用经过淬火的钢制长针，而阀座是用锡、铜等软质材料制成。阀针与阀座问的密封是依靠其锥面紧密配合达到的。

阀针的锥度有1：50和60锥角两种，锥表面要经过精细研磨。阀杆与阀座问的密封是靠波纹管实现的球阀是由旋塞阀演变而来。它具有相同的旋转90°动作，不同的是旋塞体是球体，有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线。非标不锈钢气动管接头球面和通道口的比例应该是这样的，即当球旋转90°时，在进、出口处应全部呈现球面，从而截断流体流动。
