BUS Bulkhead Union

Stainless steel push in bulkhead union fittings are made of 316L stainless steel material for corrosion resistance, FKM/Viton sealing material for chemical resistance, this bulkhead union fitting is used to connect two tube connections on both ends through a panel. The flexible, durable construction makes fittings ideal for hash environment, especially when there is a need to move or disassemble tubes frequently. Tubes can be easily inserted into Ruisen's stainless steel push in fittings and easily removed when slightly press the sleeve without any tools. Tube O.D is available in metric size 4mm to 16mm, inch size 1/8" to 1/2". Ruisen stainless steel fittings are Food Grade,Comply to FDA Standard.

在不锈钢彩钢板技术不断发展的前提下，通过工艺生产技术的深化，提高彩钢板生产效率，实现不锈钢主体与着色的一体化。目前，这种彩钢在技术上是国内一个，在生产上增加了世界非标不锈钢Y型三通上连续着色的空白，实现了不锈钢材料的美观和安全防腐性能的有效结合。

目前，国内不锈钢彩钢板工艺存在着耐蚀性差、强韧性差等缺陷。但为了确保安全，在东南沿海等许多地方和许多工厂，屋顶需要每两年更换一次，费用昂贵。为了彻底解决这一问题，我们在钢铁工业中非标不锈钢T型三通进行了探索和实践，提出了以耐腐蚀性强、延展性好的不锈钢作为屋面建筑材料。在这一新突破中，稀土彩钢板新材料生产项目已获得9项国家发明zhuanli，计划于2011年9月底基本建成投产。届时，生产企业每年可增加销售收入280亿元，增加利税39亿元。
