RSL

Detailed

The end joint should be sealed with the liner and pass all the load to the PSA/RSL to the stress member.Whether you can do this depends on how you connect.For non-metallic hoses, cold extrusion combinations or threaded connections can be used. For metallic corrugated hoses, screw, fusion, brazing or soft brazing can be used.Various connection methods of stainless steel joints are illustrated.When selecting the connection method, it is necessary to consider the reusability, leak-proof reliability, temperature and corrosion resistance of brazing, soft brazing and fusion welding alloys, as well as certain clamping strength.
(4) how to install flexible hose for stainless steel joints and jiaxing stainless steel sleeve joints
In order to extend the service life of the hose assembly as much as possible, an important problem to be considered is the way to install the hose.The following rules should be followed when installing a hose assembly in a standard stainless steel snap joint;
1) to avoid torsion that causes the hose to bend only in the plane of its axis, the standard stainless steel sleeve joint can do this by placing the stainless steel joint and the end joint of the stainless steel pipe joint in the plane of the axis bending.
2) provide adjustment room when installing hoses between two coaxial joints, sufficient adjustment room should be maintained to compensate for the change in length caused by pressure, mechanical movement or thermal expansion of stainless steel joints by the manufacturer.
3) avoid small bending radius small bending radius will lead to higher stress in the hose lining and stressed parts, which will shorten the service life of the hose and reduce the service pressure.Elbow and piping can be selected to prevent excessive bending.
4) provide protection against heat and abrasion by selecting the appropriate hose cover to insulate the hose assembly from the nearby hot surface.In the equipment that cannot prevent hose to chafe, still should choose a kind of wear-resisting and friction coefficient small hose protects a sleeve.
